At Urbanitae, we are looking for an Italy Associate to join our team in the Real Estate department based in Milan.

What are we looking for?
At Urbanitae, we are looking for an Italy Associate to join our team in the Real Estate department based in Milan.
Responsibilities:
- Working in close connection with the Country Head in initial three-people team.
- Feasibility analysis of real estate operations and return evaluation.
- Developing of financial models for asset valuation.
- Conducting in-depth market research to support real estate investment decisions.
- Participation in the structuring of deals, including legal and tax design of investment opportunities and due diligence processes.
- Coordination with various transaction advisors.
- Preparation of materials to be presented to the Country Head and the Investment Committee.
- University degree in Business Administration/Economics.
- Native Italian speaker. Proficient in English (spoken and written) and Spanish is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in developing financial models (real estate asset evaluation).
- Experience in preparing valuations, deal documentation, presentations and information memoranda.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to Senior Management and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- 1-3 years of experience in investment driven related positions is required.
- Must be available to spend 5-6 months in Spain for onboarding.
- Ability to travel to Spain once a month.
