We are looking for a Client Support professional to accompany our doctors during their first steps within the Top Doctors ecosystem and help them get the most out of our digital tools and services.
You will play a key role in the doctor’s initial experience, ensuring a close, consultative and high-quality onboarding process. Your mission will be to support doctors and clinics in the implementation and adoption of digital solutions that improve their presence within the Top Doctors ecosystem, providing them with an excellent experience from day one. 🚀
🖥️ What will your mission be?
Create and optimise doctors’ digital profiles following quality, style and positioning guidelines defined by the team.
Support doctors and clinics throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth implementation of digital solutions and resolving functional queries.
Configure and activate contracted services, including tools, agenda integrations and other platform functionalities.
Conduct welcome calls and initial training sessions to present the company, its services and the functionality of digital solutions.
Detect incidents, needs or improvement opportunities and coordinate them internally with different departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Share recommendations, results and new functionalities with doctors to help them maximise the value and usage of the contracted solutions.
📌 Requirements
Previous experience conducting onboarding processes and supporting clients in the use of digital platforms or solutions.
Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills, with the ability to explain processes in a clear and approachable way.
Organised and proactive profile, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to new procedures, digital tools and technological environments.
Ability to follow defined processes and work autonomously.
Native or bilingual English level.
Previous experience in digital environments, SaaS, eHealth or technological platforms will be highly valued.
