At iWantGreatCare, part of the Top Doctors Group, we’re looking for a Client Operations Support. This role sits at the intersection of operations, data quality, and customer experience, with a strong focus on supporting the operational delivery of NHS Trust–related projects, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution, so healthcare organisations can extract maximum value from the iWGC platform.
🖥️ Responsibilities:
Support the onboarding and setup of clients on the iWGC platform (organisations, journeys, users, alerts, tags, etc.).
Maintain and update client data, including review migration, redactions, and configuration changes.
Own and maintain client performance reporting, including KPIs, feature tracking, and operational dashboards.
Coordinate client SMS communications and report related performance metrics.
Create and manage client-facing materials (e.g., business cards, posters, QR codes), liaising with clients when needed.
Prepare and maintain training documentation to support client adoption.
Deliver non-platform reporting and insights as required.
Review and validate deliverables such as monthly reports before release.
Process client and clinician orders, such as business cards.
Conduct data audits to ensure quality across transcription and thematic tagging.
Provide operational support in moderation, helpdesk, and form processing.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal operational assets, including Help Centre content, FAQs, and Centres of Excellence (CoEs).
📌 Minimum requirements:
Experience supporting operational or data-driven projects.
Communication and customer service skills.
Ability to follow specific instructions and perform tasks independently under defined processes.
Fluent English is required.
Willingness to adapt to new procedures and tools.
Technical Skills: Proficient in tools such as Outlook, Dynamics, Admin, Zoom, Teams, and Excel. Advanced in the use of computers and software, including knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheets, web browsing, and email.
Have good verbal and written communication skills, be able to listen actively to doctors, explain and respond clearly and concisely.
