At Top Doctors Group, we’re looking for a Client Management & Data Support who will play a key role in managing and developing the relationship with clinics and healthcare organizations within the Top Doctors ecosystem.
Your mission is to ensure an excellent client experience, identify opportunities for business growth, and leverage data insights to optimize performance and drive cross-selling initiatives.
🖥️ Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding and setup of clients on the Top Doctors platform (organisations, journeys, users, alerts, tags, etc.), including guidance on the use of tools and functional aspects.
- Maintain continuous communication and strong relationships with clinics and healthcare clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through data analysis and client insights.
- Monitor potential partner engagement (PPE) and detect new collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain and update client data, including review migration, redactions, and configuration changes to optimize performance and maximize return on investment.
- Design and manage advanced Excel dashboards and reports to monitor performance, KPIs, and ROI.
- Supervise and optimize API connections and data integrations with external platforms.
- Oversee key operational and strategic processes to improve client management and efficiency.
- Coordinate internal teams and create follow-up tasks to ensure the timely execution of client needs.
- Support business growth initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations to Sales and Marketing teams.
- Review and validate deliverables such as monthly reports before distribution.
- Experience in account management, client success, or business intelligence — ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or digital services.
- Strong understanding of data visualization, reporting, and KPI management.
- Fluent English is required.
- Willingness to adapt to new procedures and tools.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in tools such as Outlook, Dynamics, Admin, Zoom, Teams, and Excel. Advanced in the use of computers and software, including knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheets, web browsing and email.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills, be able to listen actively to doctors, explain and respond clearly and concisely.
