We are seeking a UK B2B Product Marketing Manager with solid experience in multi-brand strategies and a strong grasp of the UK digital ecosystem. The role involves leading trade marketing initiatives for TD Group Brands, targeting professionals such as doctors, clinics, hospitals, and public health organisations, including the NHS.

🖥️ Main Responsibilities
- Own the UK B2B and trade marketing strategy across all Top Doctors Group brands (Top Doctors, I Want Great Care, Top Health Tech), ensuring alignment with sales targets, business objectives, and market trends.
- Design and execute integrated marketing plans targeting doctors, clinics, hospitals, and NHS stakeholders, focusing on lead generation, brand positioning, upselling, and cross-selling of digital health products.
- Develop acquisition and engagement strategies to attract new medical partners while strengthening relationships with existing clients through high-impact, value-driven communications.
- Coordinate the execution of marketing initiatives with external agencies and design partners, including the creation of promotional assets, campaigns, and launch materials tailored to the UK healthcare sector.
- Continuously assess and enhance marketing content, tools, and service presentations to ensure they communicate clear value propositions and meet stakeholder needs.
- Oversee the development, optimization, and performance of digital assets for the UK market, including websites, landing pages, forms, and campaign-specific microsites.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline needs, identify upsell opportunities, and support key account growth.
- Lead market and competitor research efforts, using insights to adapt strategies, messaging, and pricing to the evolving UK digital health landscape.
- Coordinate promotional and pricing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency, impact, and competitiveness.
- Deliver high-quality presentations for business development, events, and internal use—highlighting marketing impact, product value, and commercial potential.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally as a Product Marketing Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, or similar role.
- Ideally, a solid understanding of the UK healthcare system (NHS, private clinics, key decision-makers).
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude and strong execution skills.
- Previous experience working with digital products: familiar with product lifecycles, funnels, and B2B buyer journeys
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1+); Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI is a strong plus.
