We are seeking a Global Trade Marketing Manager, Healthcare Technology, to be responsible for leading THT’s global brand strategy, supporting its growth within the healthcare sector, and focusing on innovative healthcare software solutions powered by AI for hospitals and clinics.

This role will focus on designing and executing a trade marketing plan that showcases our groundbreaking AI-driven solutions to the healthcare ecosystem, ensuring our brand stands out and delivers value at every touchpoint.

🖥️ Responsabilities

• Lead the global trade marketing strategy for all Top Health Tech, focused on AI-powered healthcare solutions.
• Develop and execute a global marketing plan aimed at attracting and retaining hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver marketing materials that showcase the technological innovations of our products, especially in AI and healthcare software.
• Evaluate marketing materials and service offerings to ensure they provide tangible value and align with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to align brand strategies with industry trends and the needs of the healthcare and software sectors.
• Coordinate pricing and promotional strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
• Drive the success of upselling and cross-selling campaigns related to new product launches and AI-powered features.
• Prepare high-impact presentations for events, internal stakeholders, and business development initiatives.
• Oversee the performance of websites and digital platforms, ensuring they effectively drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  
  

📌 Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration (ADE), or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools (knowledge of AI-driven marketing and automation platforms is a plus).
• Fluent in English (Spanish language skills are a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in trade marketing or digital marketing, ideally in the healthcare and technology sectors, with a focus on AI-based solutions.
• Proven track record of managing B2B marketing strategies, preferably with multi-brand experience.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
• Based in Barcelona, with availability for international travel.
