Are you a commercially driven professional passionate about healthcare and digital innovation? At Top Doctors Group, we’re seeking a Sales & Client Manager to lead and grow relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals in the UK private healthcare sector.
In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of healthcare professionals, ensuring retention and satisfaction while identifying growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling. You’ll be their strategic partner, helping them make the most of our digital solutions and maximising the value of their partnership with Top Doctors.

Are you a commercially driven professional passionate about healthcare and digital innovation? At Top Doctors Group, we’re seeking a Sales & Client Manager to lead and grow relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals in the UK private healthcare sector.
In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of healthcare professionals, ensuring retention and satisfaction while identifying growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling. You’ll be their strategic partner, helping them make the most of our digital solutions and maximising the value of their partnership with Top Doctors.
🖥️ Responsibilities
- Manage and grow your portfolio of UK-based healthcare clients, focusing on renewals and revenue expansion.
- Report opportunities in CRM Dynamics, analyse monthly renewals, evaluate results, and achieve renewal targets.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell efforts, promoting new digital tools and services aligned with each client’s goals.
- Handle the full sales cycle for new product sales: pitching, coordinating internal implementation, pricing updates, and contract adjustments.
- Guide clients through a tailored roadmap to ensure full product adoption and maximise ROI.
- Act as the liaison for any issues (non-payment, cancellations, support), always with a solutions and sales mindset.
- Knowledge acquired in similar functions.
- Proven success in upselling, renewals, or expanding existing client portfolios.
- Ability to work under supervision and adapt to new tasks with a period of adaptation.
- Effective communication and customer relations.
- Proficient in tools such as Outlook, Dynamics, Admin, Zoom, Teams, Excel. Advanced in the use of computers and software, including knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheets, web browsing and email.
- Basic numeracy, file management, record keeping and invoicing skills.
