🖥️ Responsabilities
- Act as the main contact for your portfolio of iWGC clients.
- Ensure contract deliverables (client databases, survey forms, reports, training sessions, etc.) are organized and delivered as per requirements.
- Manage ongoing client relationships by maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.
- Stay responsive to client requests, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Plan and execute client contract renewals.
- Set up and create content for clients, such as surveys, system alerts, SMS services, guidance documents, and marketing materials.
- Communicate current company products and services effectively to clients and identify upselling opportunities.
- Build a portfolio of senior-level contacts to strengthen client relationships.
- Lead the scoping and implementation process for new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Product, Operations) to prioritize client requests and ensure seamless delivery.
- Provide training to client staff, primarily via MS Teams.
- Attend occasional client events or healthcare conferences.
- Maintain impeccable attention to detail in record-keeping, including CRM updates and account management.
- Support the finance team with payment queries.
- Provide creative solutions to juggle competing demands effectively.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure expectations are met.
- Proven experience in a similar account management or client-facing role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in tools like CRM systems.
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and making a difference in healthcare.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel in the UK.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to established processes.
