Your Challenge

As Demand TechOps Manager EMEA, you will:

• Own the operational performance and technical optimization of Seedtag’s Exchange demand across EMEA.
• Monitor and optimize key exchange performance metrics including bid density, win rates, CPMs, margins, and supply-demand balance.
• Act as the technical bridge between Demand partners (DSPs, Agencies, Curators) and internal teams to ensure optimal demand activation and scaling.
• Support the onboarding and technical setup of new demand partners, including DSP integrations, deal activation, and marketplace configuration.
• Proactively identify optimization opportunities across demand connections, deal structures, bid parameters, and exchange configurations.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues across the programmatic supply chain (SSP, DSP, Prebid, deal setups, throttling, floors, targeting).
• Work closely with Sales and Partnerships teams to support demand growth initiatives, PMP activations, and strategic demand relationships.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve exchange infrastructure, automation, and optimization capabilities.
• Support testing and rollout of new exchange features such as dynamic floors, smart throttling, curation setups, and demand routing optimizations.
• Ensure best practices are implemented across deal creation, margin configuration, supply path optimization, and exchange monetization.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and evolving market dynamics to continuously improve exchange performance.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, AdTech operations, or technical account management (SSP, DSP, Exchange, or Ad Network).
• Strong technical understanding of the programmatic ecosystem: OpenRTB, header bidding, deal mechanics, DSP integrations, and supply path optimization.
• Experience analyzing exchange performance metrics and identifying optimization levers to improve monetization.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across the programmatic supply chain (bid requests, throttling, targeting, floors, deal activation).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical topics for commercial teams.
• Fluent English is mandatory as the role operates in an international environment.
• Ownership mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
