The Role

We are looking for a Field Marketing Trainee to support our positioning, build awareness, and help deliver outstanding brand experiences in the US market.

In this role, you will work closely with the US Marketing Manager, supporting the coordination and execution of marketing communications and field activations that contribute to sales targets and strengthen Seedtag’s brand perception among key stakeholders.

Your Challenge

As a Field Marketing Trainee, you will:

• Support the execution of field marketing campaigns and local activations in the US.

• Assist in the coordination of sponsored events, industry events, and customer activations.

• Collaborate with Sales teams to implement marketing initiatives that enhance client engagement.

• Ensure proper distribution and availability of marketing materials across teams.

• Support integrated marketing initiatives across online and offline channels (social media, email, events, etc.).

• Contribute ideas for creative activations and local marketing initiatives.
  
  

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude.

• Interest in B2B, Tech, or AdTech environments.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to support events and occasional travel if needed.

• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

• Energy, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
