Your Challenge

As Operations Strategy Trainee, you will:

• Analyze metrics and KPIs to identify market trends, detect issues, and uncover areas for operational improvement.

• Extract actionable insights from data and ensure dashboards are always up to date and ready for consultation.

• Support the creation and validation of financial models to assess the viability of new projects and business opportunities.

• Automate data uploads using advanced functions to minimize manual errors and improve process efficiency.

• Structure and organize Google Sheets logically, ensuring files are clean, scalable, and easy to maintain.

• Design presentations and visual materials that translate complex data into clear insights for team stakeholders.

• Monitor key business indicators to identify any deviations that may impact expected results.
  
  

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• You are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

• You have strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.

• You have a good level of English (minimum B2).

• You possess an international and multicultural mindset and are eager to work with global teams and clients.

• You are proactive, open to learning, and unafraid to propose new ideas and improvements.
