Your Challenge
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions at various levels, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create effective recruitment plans.
Direct Search of Profiles:
Conduct direct searches to identify potential candidates through various channels.
Utilize advanced search functionalities on LinkedIn to identify and engage with passive candidates.
Onboarding Support:
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
Collaboration with Hiring Teams:
Train and coach hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and employer branding.
Foster a collaborative partnership with hiring teams to ensure alignment on talent acquisition strategies.
Collaboration and Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, team leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Work closely with department heads to understand business goals and hiring needs.
Data-Driven Decision-Making:
Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition processes.
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on recruitment performance.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
You have a relevant degree and at least 2 years of previous Talent Acquisition experience.
You have tech/IT recruitment experience.
You are fluent in both English and Spanish.
You can work effectively in multicultural and remote environments.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You can lead projects and work autonomously.
