Job Description
Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers responsible for one of our key agency groups, ensuring strategic alignment, growth and collaboration across all business lines.
Own the commercial relationship with your agency group, acting as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders (agency leads, holding company execs, trading directors).
Drive strategic growth plans, identifying new revenue streams and partnership opportunities to strengthen Seedtag’s positioning within the agency ecosystem.
Guide and mentor your team through coaching, pipeline management, and performance tracking to achieve and exceed collective targets.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Insights, AdOps and Publisher teams to deliver seamless, high-impact campaigns for clients.
Develop and execute quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with agencies and brands to reinforce Seedtag’s value proposition and drive renewals or upsells.
Ensure accurate forecasting and revenue tracking, maintaining high visibility of your team’s pipeline and performance.
- Represent Seedtag in the French market, attending industry events, contributing to thought leadership, and fostering strong agency relationships.
- +7 years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong commercial background in media agencies, publishers, or ad tech companies.
- A solid network of senior-level relationships within Publicis in France and brands related to the agency.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, ideally leading sales or account teams.
- Strong strategic vision and understanding of the French agency landscape (Big 6 or major independents).
- Deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, especially in contextual and cookieless solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Fluent in French and English (both required).
- A proactive, analytical and growth-oriented mindset.
