Job Description
We’re looking for a Publisher Account Manager to join our team in Buenos Aires and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge
  • As our new Publishers Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with Seedtag’s publisher partners across Latam Markets. Your mission will be to maximize revenue, strengthen partnerships, and ensure a seamless, value-driven experience for every publisher.
  • Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Own the publisher relationship end-to-end, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for all operational, strategic, and commercial matters.
  • Drive account growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and optimization opportunities that increase monetization and yield for both publishers and Seedtag.
  • Understand client KPIs and business objectives deeply to proactively propose tailored strategies that enhance performance and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Publisher Solutions and Yield teams to ensure smooth integrations, activation success, placement optimization, and troubleshooting of any technical issues.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, leveraging data insights to recommend improvements, forecast growth potential, and ensure all accounts meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic discussions to communicate results, share insights, and align on future opportunities for expansion.
  • Ensure best-in-class service delivery, maintaining high satisfaction levels and reinforcing Seedtag’s reputation as a trusted monetization partner.
  • Partner closely with the Publisher Sales team during pre-sales and onboarding phases, translating publisher needs and feedback into actionable commercial and product strategies.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive offerings, constantly seeking innovative solutions that unlock new revenue streams for publishers and Seedtag alike.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience in account management, yield optimization, or publisher partnerships within AdTech or digital media.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts strategically while focusing on long-term growth and partnership value.
  • Have an advanced level of English.
  • Have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar publisher role.
  • Have great communication skills and is not afraid to take risks.
  • Are energetic, proactive and eager to work in a young AdTech environment.
  • Keep up to date with the latest news among the digital AdTech environment.
Would be a plus if you:
  • Speak other languages such as Portuguese.
