We’re looking for a Global Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge
- Lead the global AR team, ensuring timely invoicing, efficient collections, and accurate reporting.
- Design and enforce AR policies and procedures, aligning with global finance strategy.
- Own key AR metrics (DSO, Aging, Collections %) and implement improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal and Customer Success to streamline billing and resolve disputes.
- Oversee system optimization and drive automation projects within AR processes.
- Support financial audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Coach and develop the AR team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 6+ years of experience in AR, with at least 2 in a team leadership or management role.
- Deep knowledge of AR processes, systems and controls.
- Strong people management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience in global or multi-currency environments.
- Proficiency in ERP platforms (NetSuite strongly preferred).
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
