Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Manager to lead our Ad Formats initiative at Seedtag. As part of the branding product line, this role will be responsible for the development, optimization, and strategic direction of Seedtag's ad formats, ensuring they are high-performing, scalable, and aligned with both client needs and market trends. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, creative vision, and market insight to create ad formats that drive engagement and results across digital and CTV ecosystems.
Your Challenge
LAd Format Development & Innovation:
- Lead the creation, refinement, and optimization of Seedtag's ad formats on all ecosystems Open Web and CTV (including in-stream, out-stream video and display formats).
- Champion the development of new ad formats that align with emerging industry trends and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with creative and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and high performance across devices and platforms.
Creative & Technical Specifications:
- Define and document technical specifications for all ad formats in collaboration with the creative and engineering teams.
- Ensure ad formats adhere to industry standards (IAB, privacy regulations, etc.) and are optimized for cross-platform functionality.
User-Centric Product Management:
- Prioritize user needs and business goals by ensuring ad formats are contextually relevant, engaging, and optimized for performance.
- Conduct user testing and data-driven optimization to improve engagement and campaign success metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams to align ad formats with client requirements and campaign goals.
- Share industry insights, product developments, and opportunities with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption.
Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to ensure Seedtag’s ad formats remain ahead of the curve in terms of innovation, performance, and market needs.
- Define and monitor benchmarks to position Seedtag’s ad formats as a competitive advantage in the market.
Optimization & Scalability:
- Ensure ad formats are optimized for scale, allowing for smooth deployment across different geos, inventory types, and client segments.
- Regularly monitor the performance of ad formats and lead optimization efforts to maximize impact and ROI for clients.
Innovation and Experimentation:
- Foster a culture of innovation within the team, continuously testing new creative approaches, formats, and technologies.
- Use data and user feedback to inform new product experiments, driving iterative improvements to ad formats.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each ad format to measure success and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Report regularly on format performance, market trends, and areas for improvement.

Tech Stack
We have to support 120k requests per second running with ML models in production answering within 10 milliseconds! We have this running in production with Python and GoLang microservices using datalakes, GCS, Redis, Kinesis or Kafka. All this is constantly deployed in GCP using Kubernetes and other kinds of production stacks. The current stack outputs 20 TB of daily data having them ready to use for analytics and more with easy and low latency access.
In the rest of the company, we also develop in Typescript for Nodejs and Scala making use of technologies like Kafka, Druid and MongoDB all over the Google Cloud Platform.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Experience in CTV and OTT ad formats.
- Familiarity with IAB standards and regulations related to digital advertising.
- Experience working with international teams and understanding global market dynamics.
- 5+ years in product management, with a focus on ad tech, digital advertising, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing the development of digital ad formats, including display, video, native, and/or CTV.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, engineering, and sales teams to deliver impactful products.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, ad tech ecosystems, and creative best practices.
- Technical knowledge of ad delivery mechanisms, supply integration, and performance optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Creative, user-focused, and data-driven approach to product development.
- Passion for innovation, with a desire to stay at the forefront of ad tech trends.
- Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic vision.
