Job Description
We’re looking for a Client Success Lead to join our team in São Paulo and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to grow across the Brazilian market.

Founded by two ex-Googlers in 2014, we’ve grown to over 600 Seedtaggers across 18 countries, raising €250M to revolutionise digital advertising.


Your Challenge

Client Strategy & Leadership: Execute our client success strategy in Brazil, tailoring it to local market dynamics to increase client satisfaction, foster long-term partnerships, and drive business growth.

Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Client Success team in São Paulo, providing them with the tools, guidance, and structure needed to succeed.

Revenue Growth & Retention: Collaborate with local Sales leadership to identify opportunities for account expansion, renewals, and deeper engagement with clients.

Operational Excellence: Implement and continuously improve client success processes, SLAs, and performance metrics aligned with regional best practices.

Strategic Account Management: Act as the senior point of contact for key advertisers and agencies, ensuring our solutions support their strategic goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to streamline workflows, resolve issues proactively, and enhance overall client experience.

Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Lead the development of performance reports and actionable insights that help clients optimise their media investments.

Market & Competitive Intelligence: Keep a close eye on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving client expectations within the Brazilian market to strengthen Seedtag’s positioning.

Advocacy & Thought Leadership: Represent Seedtag in key client meetings, industry events, and strategic forums across Brazil, reinforcing our leadership in contextual advertising.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

10–12+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or similar roles within AdTech, Digital Media, or MarTech.

Proven experience leading and scaling Client Success teams in high-growth, dynamic environments.

Strong understanding of programmatic media, digital advertising, and agency ecosystems in Brazil.

Demonstrated success in driving client retention, upselling, and operational efficiency.

Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

Strategic mindset with a data-driven, problem-solving approach.

Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian advertising market and client expectations.

Experience using tools like Salesforce, JIRA, and BI platforms is a plus.

Fluency in English is essential; Portuguese proficiency is also required.
