We’re looking for a Client Success Director LATAM to join our team in Brazil and lead the growth and strategic development of our client partnerships across Latin America.

Your Challenge
As Client Success Director LATAM, you will spearhead client strategy, team leadership, and business impact across the region. You will drive client retention, campaign excellence, and growth by building strong partnerships with advertisers and media agencies. This role reports directly to the global VP of Client Success and collaborates closely with the regional Sales and Operations leadership.
You’ll be responsible for:
Regional Strategy & Vision: Set and execute the LATAM client success roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and local market dynamics.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead and grow a high-performing regional team, providing coaching, structure, and support to elevate performance and impact.
Client Partnership & Retention: Act as a senior strategic partner for key clients and agencies, identifying opportunities to grow accounts and deepen relationships.
Operational Excellence: Drive consistent delivery of SLAs and best practices across markets, optimizing processes to scale sustainably.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to align on client needs, ensuring seamless campaign execution and continuous improvement.
Performance Analysis & Insights: Oversee regional reporting, delivering actionable insights that help clients optimise investments and drive long-term success.
Market Intelligence: Stay on top of LATAM market trends, agency structures, and competitive movements to adapt strategy and reinforce Seedtag’s leadership.
Representation & Visibility: Represent Seedtag in senior-level client meetings and industry forums across the region, strengthening our presence and thought leadership.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
12–15+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or similar roles within AdTech, Media, or MarTech, ideally with LATAM focus.
Demonstrated success in managing regional teams and scaling client operations across multiple countries.
Strong knowledge of digital media buying, programmatic advertising, and agency business models in LATAM.
Experience working with global brands and regional decision-makers, with a consultative and growth-driven mindset.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, client retention, and operational excellence.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal communication skills.
Fluent in Spanish or English
Experience with CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce, Looker, Jira, etc.) is a plus.
