YOUR CHALLENGE

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring its functionality aligns with business requirements

• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflows

• Develop and implement automation processes using Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements

• Monitor and manage user roles, profiles, security settings, and access permissions.

• Provide end-user support, including training and documentation, to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce features

• Conduct regular data audits and maintain data integrity within the system.

• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend improvements based on new features and best practices

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions

• Collaborate with the IT team to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required.

• Fluent in English (mandatory).

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in the AdTech, media, or advertising industry.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, platform configuration, and customization.

• Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and using data analysis tools within Salesforce.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF

• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API usage

• Knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components) is a plus

• Familiarity with the AdTech industry and its business processes
