We’re looking for a Head of Performance to join our team and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge
- Represent Seedtag to build relationships and partnerships with agencies and direct customers for performance campaigns.
- Be the performance responsible and evangelizer at Seedtag.
- Educating customers (advertisers & agencies) on product features and the benefits of Seedtag so they can apply our solutions to the challenges their customers face.
- Advise and be the global primary point of contact for the Sales Team for our mid and lower funnel offering.
- Generate excitement about our digital advertising platform, and increase our product sales through original solutions and proactive pitches to clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the agencies across all clients, verticals and internal performance agency teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and new ways of working to achieve preferred partnership status within the agencies.
- Achieve and overachieve your quarterly sales goals as set by the company.
- Train Sales teams in the performance area to approach and position our solution across the different markets.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client sales or client success for performance products.
- You understand the digital environment and the different needs and implications the campaigns may have depending on the KPI to achieve.
- Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets.
- Extensive operational experience in managing performance campaigns focused on mid and low funnel objectives, i.e., generating qualified traffic and leads.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Programmatic Specialist, Performance Specialist, Trader, Performance Ad Ops Manager or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience in using/managing tools and technologies used in performance marketing, including ad servers, DSPs and analytics platforms like Google or Adobe Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling activities.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively present performance strategies and results to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and opportunities in performance campaigns.
- You have experience managing teams and multifunctional workflows.
- You are eager and curious to keep learning and have a growth mindset.
- Ability to balance short-term objectives with long-term strategic goals.
- You have a fluent level of English.
