Meet the team!

Preply’s campaigns team is responsible for bringing our brand to life across performance marketing and brand initiatives, delivering high-quality, impactful content at scale.

We are looking for a Post Production Manager to own and optimize how our campaign content comes together after the shoot. You will manage the full post-production workflow, ensuring all assets are delivered on time, on brand, and ready to perform across channels.

This role is ideal for someone with a producer background who has specialised in post-production. You will work closely with producers, creatives, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from production to final delivery.

If you are highly organised, detail-oriented and love bringing video assets to life, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Post-production workflow ownership
Own the end-to-end post-production process across campaign and performance content, including editing, motion graphics, animation, sound, and final assembly.

  • Planning & timeline management
Build and manage detailed post-production timelines, ensuring alignment with campaign deadlines and media plans. Proactively identify risks and keep delivery on track.

  • Team & stakeholder coordination
Coordinate editors, motion designers, freelancers, and external partners. Act as the main point of contact for post-production, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

  • Asset management & delivery
Oversee the organisation, versioning, and delivery of all final assets. Ensure content is properly stored, tagged, and accessible in the Digital Asset Management system.

  • Quality control (QA)
Review and approve edited assets, ensuring they meet brand guidelines, creative vision, and technical requirements across formats and channels.

  • Licensing & rights management
Manage stock footage, music, and other asset licensing, ensuring all usage is compliant and documented.

  • Localisation & versioning
Coordinate localisation and versioning of assets across markets, formats, and channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

  • Collaboration with production
Support the Producer across pre-production and production when needed (e.g. planning, logistics, coordination), bringing a strong post-production perspective into earlier stages.

  • Process improvement
Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and scale content production without compromising quality.

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in video production or post-production, ideally within campaign or performance marketing environments

  • Strong experience managing end-to-end post-production workflows across multiple projects and formats

  • Deep understanding of editing, motion graphics, sound, and finishing processes

  • Experience working with high-volume, multi-format content (e.g. paid media, digital campaigns)

  • Proven ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and multiple deliverables simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and high quality standards

  • Experience with Digital Asset Management systems and structured file organisation

  • Familiarity with licensing (music, stock footage, etc.) and usage rights

  • Experience managing localisation and multi-market content adaptations

  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills

  • Fluent in English
