We are the financial backbone of our company. From statutory reporting to investor relations, from controlling and planning to treasury, from consolidated US GAAP accounting to business partnering, from payments to ERP, from legal to compliance - our responsibilities are broad and deep. Our team has an international background and is built on flat hierarchies.
What you’ll be doing:

Strategic business partner
- Track and analyse key B2B GTM metrics, incl. productivity, ramp times, pipeline conversion, churn & contraction, CAC, LTV, payback, etc.
- Develop, refine and maintain financial models and conduct in-depth analyses to support strategic planning and drive resource allocation discussions
- Work closely with the VP of B2B, VP of Sales and Director of CS to help them deliver strategic objectives, from topline to bottom-line initiatives

Reporting and BvA
- Collaborate with the Accounting team and B2B stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and BvA analyses
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management and Board reporting

Process improvements:
- Work closely with Data and RevOps to identify, initiate and implement process improvements that enable the FP&A team to scale and drive decisions
- Work closely with Accounting to ensure smooth month-end reporting

Competitive analysis: B2B key public competitors coverage
What you need to succeed:
- 3-5 yrs of experience min. (ideally first foundational experience in big corporate or IB then FP&A or strategic finance in a high-growth company), with exposure to the B2B business model; SaaS business model is a plus
- Experience in finance business partnering with B2B / S&M teams
- Strong modelling and analytical skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex data and communicate insights effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- We are looking for someone who is collaborative, can think out of the box, is eager to learn and is a self-starter
- Based in BCN / Open to relocating
