About the Role

Frekuent is building the infrastructure for unattended retail in Spain. We are a fast-growing team of 70 people with a lean, high-impact marketing team.

Your core mission is to own the lead relationship after first contact — turning prospects into customers and lost leads into new opportunities. You will build and run the nurturing and reactivation engine that Frekuent needs to scale, working with a finite and listable ICP across the unattended retail sector in Spain.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with direct impact on pipeline and revenue.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and execute campaign sequences that move prospects through the funnel from first touch to sales-ready, ensuring the right message reaches the right lead at the right moment

  • Segment and re-engage lost leads with targeted reactivation campaigns based on vertical, funnel stage, and reason lost

  • Build automated flows in Zoho Campaigns triggered by lead behaviour — form submissions, omni channel engagement, no-response windows

  • Maintain Zoho CRM as a reliable, structured system that both sales and marketing can trust and act on

  • Feed segmented lead lists into paid media for retargeting campaigns, in close collaboration with our paid media specialist

  • Brief the Designer on visual assets needed for email and nurture flows

  • Track and report on email performance, lead progression, and reactivation rates — feeding insights back to the Campaign Manager and CMO


Who We're Looking For

Must Have

  • 5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing in a B2B environment

  • Hands-on experience with a CRM and email automation platform — Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

  • Strong segmentation skills — you think in lists, triggers, and conditions, not just campaigns

  • Comfortable managing multiple active flows in parallel within a sprint-based workflow

  • Takes ownership end-to-end — from brief to launch to optimisation, without needing to be chased

  • Data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on open rates, click-through rates, and conversion, not instinct alone

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools

  • Experience working at the marketing and sales interface — you understand what makes a lead sales-ready

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B tech companies
