About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our presence in the Spanish market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and generating qualified meetings for the sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales and gain experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of mid-sized clients across sectors such as vending, laundromats, EV charging, gas stations and unattended retail.

About The Role

You’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of mid-sized clients across sectors such as vending, laundromats, EV charging, gas stations and unattended retail.
What You’ll Do
Sales & relationships
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the Spanish market through outbound activities (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify potential opportunities
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team
- Maintain and update prospect information in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
- Research accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Provide feedback to improve messaging and sales processes
- Act as “eyes on the market”
- Share insights with Product, Marketing and Leadership
- Spot trends, new opportunities and gaps where we can improve
- 3–5 years experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles
- Highly motivated with a proactive, hunter mindset
- Organized, structured and hands-on with day-to-day operations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Ops and Tech
- Languages: Spanish and English (mandatory), Italian or Portuguese is a strong plus
- Experience in payments, fintech or unattended retail
- Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Background in fast-growing environments
