What You’ll Do
Device & Endpoint Management
- Maintain an up-to-date centralized inventory of all company devices (laptops, monitors, tablets, phones, and peripherals).
- Define and execute onboarding and offboarding procedures related to equipment assignment and recovery.
- Configure Windows and macOS laptops following defined company standards.
- Apply and verify security policies on devices, including:
- Mandatory disk encryption (BitLocker / FileVault)
- Automatic updates
- Screen lock policies
- Endpoint protection
- Manage hardware lifecycle, warranties, repairs, and vendor coordination.
- Promote standardization of device models and configurations.
- Manage the full user lifecycle in Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring immediate access revocation.
- Apply the principle of least privilege across all tools.
- Maintain role-based access structures.
- Conduct periodic access reviews.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of mandatory SSO and MFA.
- Ensure mandatory MFA activation across all systems.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of endpoint protection solutions.
- Monitor basic security alerts and escalate when necessary.
- Verify compliance with device security policies.
- Maintain secure configurations across corporate equipment.
- Centralize subscription and license management (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Zoom, etc.).
- Maintain administrative owner accounts for each tool.
- Optimize license allocation and detect unused accounts.
- Support evaluation of new tools before adoption.
- Collaborate on basic GDPR compliance related to data storage and access.
- Manage licenses and roles in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
- Support implementation and maintenance of a corporate password manager.
- Enforce secure password policies and mandatory MFA.
- Manage access by role or department.
- Audit privileged access in critical tools.
- Create an internal manual defining policies for onboarding, offboarding, configurations, and common procedures.
- Document access processes and basic troubleshooting steps.
- Set up a support channel (email, Slack #tech-support, or form).
- Establish basic KPIs: resolution time, recurring incidents, license usage.
- Automate repetitive processes (user onboarding/offboarding, backups, etc.).
- Analyze centralized management tools.
- Promote standardization (same laptop models, configurations, etc.).
- Provide employee support (devices, accounts, access).
- Manage licenses, domains, and users.
- Coordinate with Procurement for hardware/software purchases, license management, and cost control.
- Align with Tech team on security standards, authentication, SSO, and integrations.
- Propose internal tool improvements and automation initiatives in collaboration with Data/Ops.
- Availability to work 30–40 hours per week.
- Higher Technical Degree in Systems Administration (or similar).
- 1–2 years of previous experience (including internships or junior IT roles). Exposure to corporate environments managing hardware, software, and user administration in mid-sized companies.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS.
- Experience managing users in Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
- Familiarity with SaaS administration.
- Understanding of MFA, encryption, and basic security principles.
- Experience with Jira/Atlassian.
- Familiarity with network management and cloud platforms (Azure).
- Experience managing DNS (IONOS, Cloudflare).
- Knowledge of security protocols.
- Zoho One knowledge is a plus.
- Advanced English level.
