As a Data Analyst Intern for Marketing & Sales, you'll work at the intersection of data and commercial strategy. You'll structure large volumes of information, design dashboards and KPI tracking frameworks, and deliver analysis and insights that directly influence how we grow across Europe and Asia.

As a Data Analyst Intern for Marketing & Sales, you'll work at the intersection of data and commercial strategy. You'll structure large volumes of information, design dashboards and KPI tracking frameworks, and deliver analysis and insights that directly influence how we grow across Europe and Asia.
What You'll Do
As part of the Frekuent Internship Program, you'll work at the intersection of Marketing and Sales data, reporting to our CMO and Chief Data Officer. From day one, you'll have real ownership over meaningful work:
- Analyze the full commercial funnel from awareness to conversion identifying attrition points and surfacing improvement opportunities
- Collect, clean, and structure data from multiple sources and leverage our CRM as our source of true for Marketing and Sales data
- Design and maintain dashboards and KPI tracking frameworks that give Marketing and Sales teams a clear view of performance
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and actionable insights to support strategic and tactical decisions across Marketing and Sales
- Contribute to A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to optimize conversion across the funnel
- Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to translate commercial needs into structured datasets and visualizations
- Work with our modern data stack including SQL, Python, dbt, and BI tools such as Looker or Metabase
What We're Looking For
- Final year student or recent graduate in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong analytical thinking and structured approach to problem-solving
- Fluent in either Spanish or English, with at least an intermediate level in the other language (written and spoken)
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases
- Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for quick analysis
- Understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing
- Genuinely curious, proactive, and energized by finding solutions — you see challenges as opportunities
- Availability for a minimum of 640 hours internship
- Exposure to marketing or commercial datasets (funnel analysis, campaign performance, CRM data)
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau)
- Foundational knowledge of Python for data tasks

- Technical Assessment — a take-home case to demonstrate how you structure and solve a real data problem
- Assessment Presentation — present your findings to our CMO and show us how you communicate data-driven insights
