What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all roles, ensuring full coverage of vacancies and alignment with the company’s hiring plan and growth objectives.
  • Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition partner to hiring managers, understanding business needs, advising on role definition, market insights, and selection strategies.
  • Design and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, etc.) to attract high-quality talent.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics (e.g. time to hire, pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the hiring process, optimizing workflows, tools, and best practices.
  • Own and lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and consistent experience aligned with company culture.
  • Collaborate with the People team on talent-related initiatives, including employer branding, process design, and cultural initiatives when needed.
  • Act as a reference point for recruitment standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with company values.

Who We’re Looking For

  • +3/4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes with a high level of autonomy.
  • Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and influence decision-making.
  • Experience recruiting for tech roles is a strong plus.
  • Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and process improvements.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Additional languages such as Italian, Portuguese, or French are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong execution and problem-solving skills — you’re not afraid to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Takes accountability and consistently owns the outcome throughout the process.
  • Embraces feedback as an opportunity for growth.
  • Naturally proactive, always looking for ways to move projects forward.
  • Comfortable speaking up and proposing bold, creative ideas that add value.
