Your contribution to the team


At Frekuent, we’re not just building payment solutions — we’re creating seamless experiences that move businesses and customers forward. As a Operations Intern, you will work directly with the operations team to support key business development activities. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in various tasks related to operations, warehouse and client support across sectors such as vending, gas stations, laundromats, EV charging stations, and more.


What you'll be doing




  • Assist in the management and administration of the CRM: creation of fields, workflows, automations, and reports.




  • Collaborate on the integration between CRM and other corporate applications.




  • Analyze requirements from different departments and help translate them into solutions within the system.




  • Maintain documentation of processes, updates, and configurations.




  • Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards, metrics, and reports for management.




  • Conduct testing and validation of new functionalities before deployment.




  • Participate in cross-departmental projects focused on process digitalization or automation.




What You Will Learn




  • Advanced administration of CRM systems and automation tools.




  • How to translate business requirements into technical solutions.




  • Interdepartmental collaboration and project management.




  • Best practices in technical documentation and system maintenance.




  • Use of integration and reporting tools (APIs, Zoho Analytics, Make, etc.).




Who we’re looking for




  • Currently enrolled or recently finished a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.




  • Highly analytical mindset with a strong interest in business performance and process improvement.




  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.




  • Solid command of Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with SQL or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker) is a plus.




  • Native in Spanish; professional level in English.




  • Availability: Able to commit to a 40-hour workweek.




  • Strong execution and problem-solving skills — you’re not afraid to tackle challenges head-on.




  • Takes accountability and consistently owns the outcome throughout the process.




  • Embraces feedback as an opportunity for growth.




  • Naturally proactive, always looking for ways to move projects forward.




  • Comfortable speaking up and proposing bold, creative ideas that add value.
