Your contribution to the team
At Frekuent, we’re not just building payment solutions — we’re creating seamless experiences that move businesses and customers forward. As a Sales Intern, you will work directly with the sales team to support key business development activities. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in various tasks related to sales, marketing, and client support across sectors such as vending, gas stations, laundromats, EV charging stations, and more.

Your contribution to the team
At Frekuent, we’re not just building payment solutions — we’re creating seamless experiences that move businesses and customers forward. As a Sales Intern, you will work directly with the sales team to support key business development activities. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in various tasks related to sales, marketing, and client support across sectors such as vending, gas stations, laundromats, EV charging stations, and more.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with the sales and growth teams to define clear monthly goals and KPIs.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the optimization of internal sales processes (CRM usage, pipeline tracking, reporting automation).
- Assist in building dashboards and performance reports to monitor sales metrics (conversion rates, deal velocity, etc.).
- Work on cross-functional initiatives with growth, and product to identify and resolve bottlenecks that affect the sales team.
- Help prepare internal documentation, sales materials, and onboarding processes.
- Currently enrolled or recently finished a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Highly analytical mindset with a strong interest in business performance and process improvement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid command of Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with SQL or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
- Native in Spanish; professional level in English.
- Availability: Able to commit to a 40-hour workweek.
- Strong execution and problem-solving skills — you’re not afraid to tackle challenges head-on.
- Takes accountability and consistently owns the outcome throughout the process.
- Embraces feedback as an opportunity for growth.
- Naturally proactive, always looking for ways to move projects forward.
- Comfortable speaking up and proposing bold, creative ideas that add value.
