What You’ll Do
As a Revenue and Data Analyst - Zoho, you will report to the Director of Data and play a key role in organizing, optimizing, and automating the data, knowledge, and processes across our growing startup. This includes streamlining workflows, ensuring high-quality data, and continuously refining our operational systems to drive efficiency and growth. You’ll have a real impact from day one.
  • Oversee and optimize various Zoho applications (CRM, Desk, Billing, Inventory, etc.) to support daily operations and long-term growth.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Zoho-related inquiries, system improvements, and troubleshooting, while also supporting and training team members by creating user-friendly documentation and facilitating workshops on Zoho features, data best practices, and processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external consultants to identify business needs, implement solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other tools.

  • Cultivate a data-driven culture by establishing best practices, conducting regular audits, and championing the value of high-quality data within the organization.

  • Develop custom workflows, automations, and reports/dashboards to increase productivity, enhance visibility, and drive informed decision-making.

  • Analyze data trends and translate insights into actionable strategies, leveraging CRM and other Zoho applications to improve processes and inform leadership decisions.

  • Lead or contribute to additional special projects as our startup scales, taking ownership of new ideas and driving them to completion.


RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
  • 1-2 years of experience using, supporting or administering CRM/ERP systems (Zoho experience is a big plus).
  • Demonstrated skill at rapidly learning and integrating new software tools, while adapting to ever-evolving platform demands.
  • Hands-on approach and comfort working in a fast-growing, dynamic startup environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset for troubleshooting, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Bonus: Project coordination or project management experience, especially in the context of technology implementation.
