What You’ll

• DoAs our first Analytics Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building the foundation of our data infrastructure. You’ll work closely with the Director of Data to design and implement scalable solutions. You’ll have a real impact from day on
• e.Help define and implement our data warehouse and data modeling laye
• r.Build, test, and maintain robust and scalable ELT pipelines from internal and external data source
• s.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into well-structured datasets and dashboard
• s.Design and build clear, insightful data visualizations and dashboards that empower teams to make data-informed decisio
• nsSet up monitoring, documentation, and quality checks to ensure data reliability and observabilit
• y.Contribute to the data culture, helping to establish best practices for analytics engineering and data operation
• s.Support the adoption of modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Airbyte/Fivetran, Snowflake/BigQuery, Looker/Metabase

).
What We’re Looking

• For3–4 years of hands-on experience in a data-related role (e.g., Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, BI Enginee
• r).Proficiency in SQL and Python and experience building and maintaining data models using tools like d
• bt.Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure Synapse Analytic
• s).Familiarity with ELT tools such as Airflow, Fivetran, or Stit
• ch.Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and experience with tools like Looker, Power BI, or Table
• au.Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment — proactive, hands-on, and ready to take ownersh
