We are seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to partner closely with leadership in driving business performance and supporting the company’s growth journey in Brazil. This role combines strategic thinking, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration, with strong exposure to commercial, operational, and financial decision-making.

You will work alongside different areas of the business, including Growth, Product, Operations, and Clinical, helping to prioritize initiatives, identify opportunities, and support sustainable growth across the operation.

This is a high-impact position for someone who enjoys solving problems, building structure in fast-paced environments, and taking ownership of projects from idea to execution.

What you'll do

• Partner closely with leaders across Growth, Product, Ops, and Clinical teams to support strategic decision-making and business prioritization

• Help drive business performance by identifying opportunities, monitoring key metrics, and supporting operational improvements

• Build business cases and support the development of new strategic initiatives across different areas of the company

• Support strategic and financial planning cycles, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis

• Collaborate on investment prioritization and resource allocation discussions to ensure efficient business growth

• Structure analyses and recommendations to support commercial and operational strategies

• Prepare presentations, reports, and insights for leadership discussions and key stakeholders

• Contribute to cross-functional projects and help bring initiatives from planning into execution

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, equity research, strategy, finance, business operations, or similar roles within fast-paced companies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure projects and navigate ambiguity

• Collaborative profile with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Proactive and hands-on mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution

• Comfortable working in dynamic and evolving environments

• Experience working with data and generating actionable business insights

• Strong presentation and communication skills in English

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; financial modelling experience is a must

• Experience in startups, healthtechs, or high-growth environments

• Exposure to strategic planning or commercial operations
