Voy is a fast growing Healthtech scale-up, aiming to be the healthcare provider that millions of people trust as their partner to a long and healthy life. Our platform allows users to quickly and safely diagnose possible conditions, get treatment and support them afterwards to live a higher quality life. To do this, we are building an all-in-one healthcare platform which brings together world-leading medical expertise and technical excellence. We're now expanding to India where we have built India’s foremost full-stack weight loss platform, combining GLP-1 medication, doctor-led care, nutrition coaching, lab diagnostics and technology to treat obesity and metabolic health at the root. We focus on clinical, personalised, and data-driven care for sustainable results - not quick fixes. Key GLP-1 patents expired on March-20 in India, which will further fuel our hypergrowth.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Director of Strategy and Operations to lead strategic planning and operational execution across the organisation. This role involves driving key business initiatives, improving processes, and ensuring alignment between strategy and day-to-day operations.
What you'll do
• Act like an extension of the Founders
• Define and drive company-wide strategic priorities and growth initiatives
• Identify and implement industry disrupting initiatives
• Lead cross-functional projects from strategy to execution
• Take well thought out decisions with limited data and in ambiguous environments
• Team leadership
Who you are
• You have 7-15 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar roles
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and teams
