Influencers Marketing Sr. Analyst

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in a fast-paced environment and be part of a hands-on Marketing team.

As an Influencer Marketing Sr. Analyst, you will play a key role in scaling one of our main acquisition channels, managing creators end-to-end and driving performance through data, organization and execution.

  • Own influencer marketing operations within your scope, managing multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously

  • Map and prospect influencers aligned with different funnel stages (awareness, consideration, conversion)

  • Manage the full process: outreach → negotiation → activation → performance

  • Handle high-volume outreach and keep a well-organized pipeline (HubSpot, spreadsheets)

  • Build and maintain relationships with creators

  • Manage a portfolio of active influencers and ongoing campaigns

  • Create and manage briefs, ensuring quality and consistency in content

  • Track timelines, deliverables and approvals

  • Analyze performance and suggest optimizations

  • Use AI and tools to improve efficiency and scale the operation

    Requirements:

  • Experience with influencer marketing (prospecting and/or management)

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volume

  • Experience handling multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously

  • Familiarity with performance metrics (CPM, CTR, conversion, CAC)

  • Experience creating briefs and managing content

  • Data-driven mindset and attention to detail
