The Opportunity

We're hiring a Finance Manager to join our growing Finance team. This is a high-impact role where you will contribute to capability building in order for the UK Financial Control team continue to level up in line with business growth and increasing complexity. You will provide essential support to the Senior Finance Manager and Group Financial Controller and drive high reporting standards across UK financial control, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with the evolving requirements of the business.

What you’ll do

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of financial control activities under the direction of the Senior Finance Manager, including month-end reporting, VAT submissions, balance sheet reconciliations, quarterly performance review packs, and interim audit reviews.

• Prepare and analyse financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders

• Support the continued development of processes and controls, helping to strengthen team ownership and accountability across core finance activities

• Support the year-end audit process

• Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior team members

Who you are

• Qualified accountant (ACA preferred), with 6+ years of experience in financial control and audit

• Strong technical grounding in UK GAAP / FRS 102.

• Prior experience preparing for audits in multi-entity or group structures.

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite is essential.

• Exposure to ERP optimisation projects is highly desirable.

• Proven track record in delivering results in a high growth environment
