What will be your challenge?

  • Be the front line of our company to the French market.
  • Provide professional support to all customers via email, with a positive attitude and rapidity, solving their problems.
  • Be key in sharing customer feedback with other internal teams, detecting customer

impacting issues and finding solutions.

  • Use a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review

policies, including communicating effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interact with customers through social media
  • Liaise with couriers to track packages and claim lost shipments

What will make you succeed?

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service Departments.
  • Good Level of English (oral and written) is a MUST, and Spanish speaker. An additional European language is a plus (French, Portuguese, etc.)
  • Experience with software tools such as Zendesk or similar platforms.
  • In addition, we would especially like to see…👀
  • You are proactive and problem-solving-oriented. Positive and looking for solutions before reporting a problem.
  • You can easily adapt to change.
  • You are rigorous and organised, it’s key in this position.
