The person joining our Retention Team is someone business oriented yet creative who will be able to work in cross-functional teams and will be able to lead highly impactful projects

What will be your challenge?

  • You will be focusing on the Active vertical of the customer lifecycle. But also, you will work in cross-functional projects related to the business strategy.
  • Launch and optimize one-shot commercial campaigns focused on driving purchase conversion.
  • You will identify and understand the needs of the different teams to create retention campaigns and communication journeys.
  • You will review and optimize the current communications of the customer’s journey
  • You will conduct A/B tests to gather insights on communications, segments, and triggers
  • You will analyze results, identify trends, build hypotheses and recommend opportunities to keep improving the customer value.
  • You will work in cross-functional teams.


What will make you succeed?

  • If you have previous experience in growth, retention, CRM or have worked with databases.
  • If you have experience with CRM tools (we use Braze)
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • If you have a good level of English; most of the meetings will be in that language
  • If you love data, you will have to bend information the way it’s needed, visualise data, deep-diving into results and make data-driven decisions.
  • If you have worked with tableau or similar will help you.
  • I’d be a plus to have good knowledge of SQL
