We are seeking a skilled social work professional to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.
Location: U.S.-based experts only
Engagement: Part-time, 1099 project-based
Work Type: Remote
Project Summary: Consultants will review social work and case-management prompts, source materials, and AI-generated rubrics to ensure outputs reflect appropriate client care standards, safeguarding practices, and professional judgment.
Consultant Engagement Terms:
This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).
Responsibilities:
Contributors will:
- Review case-management and social work prompts for realism and appropriateness
- Evaluate AI-generated rubrics against professional social work standards
- Assess AI responses for ethical reasoning, safeguarding awareness, and communication quality
- Recommend additions or revisions to evaluation criteria
- Identify potential safety risks, escalation gaps, or inappropriate guidance
- Draft benchmark responses for client-support scenarios when required
- Apply professional judgment to nuanced social service situations
- Follow project confidentiality and fictionalization requirements

- High-quality evaluation rubrics aligned with social work standards
- Improved AI reasoning related to family, school, and community support scenarios

- Expert-reviewed benchmark responses and annotations
Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Work or related field
- Licensed social worker credentials preferred (LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent)
- Experience in child welfare, school social work, family services, or case management
- Strong written communication and ethical decision-making skills
