We are seeking experienced law enforcement supervisors to review policing and investigative prompts,

operational scenarios, and AI-generated rubrics related to field supervision, incident management,

investigative procedures, and public safety decision-making.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Work Type: Remote

Responsibilities:

Contributors will:

• Evaluate policing and supervisory prompts for realism and procedural accuracy
• Review AI-generated rubrics for alignment with law enforcement standards
• Assess AI outputs for investigative reasoning and operational decision-making
• Identify safety, escalation, or procedural gaps
• Recommend revisions to improve evaluation quality
• Draft benchmark responses for supervisory scenarios
• Apply professional judgment to sensitive public safety situations
• Follow confidentiality and fictionalization requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience supervising police officers, detectives, or investigative teams
• Strong understanding of law enforcement procedures and reporting
• Ability to evaluate operational judgment and escalation decisions
• Excellent written communication skills
