We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Agent RFP specialist to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Project Summary:

Contributors will create realistic Request for Proposal (RFP) document sets, including supporting spreadsheets and email communications, and produce structured JSON outputs representing extracted information. The work supports evaluation of AI systems focused on document understanding and data extraction.

Consultant Engagement Terms:

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).

Responsibilities:

• Create realistic, multi-section RFP documents with coherent business context
• Develop supporting materials such as pricing tables and structured spreadsheets
• Write professional email communications related to the RFP process
• Map document content into structured JSON outputs based on the shared RFP schema
• Ensure consistency across all generated artifacts and structured data
• Perform QA/review to validate accuracy and completeness of outputs

Expected Outcomes:

• Complete RFP document sets (documents, spreadsheets, email threads)
• Accurate JSON outputs aligned with source content
• Ground truth datasets reflecting all key values
• High-quality, internally consistent synthetic data

Qualifications:

• Experience creating or managing RFPs, procurement documents, or similar materials
• Strong proficiency in Excel and business document creation
• Familiarity with JSON or structured data formats
• High attention to detail and ability to ensure cross-document consistency
• (Preferred) Experience in data annotation, AI training, or data quality workflows
