Data Center Engineering is the process of designing, building, and maintaining data centers, which are facilities used to house and manage critical IT infrastructure, applications, and data. Data center engineers ensure the data center infrastructure's stability, reliability, and security. They are crucial in supporting the availability and performance of applications and services. The Manager of Data Center Engineering Operations is responsible for leading onsite engineering and operations teams within a defined data center region. This role owns day-to-day operational execution, technician performance, incident response, and vendor coordination to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient data center operations.

This leader manages teams responsible for hardware deployment, break/fix, server installation, cabling, staging, audits, and preventive maintenance. The Manager partners closely with senior leadership to execute standardized operating procedures, meet operational KPIs, and support capacity growth within the assigned region.
