Are you passionate about data and eager to support a fast-growing Go-to-Market (GTM) team? We're looking for a Business Intelligence Working Student (approx. 20 hours/week) to help us build robust reports and maintain clear documentation within Hubspot & Notion. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and directly impact our Sales, Marketing and beyond.

You'll play a key role in empowering our GTM teams with better insights and streamlined processes. By ensuring our data is actionable and our knowledge is accessible, you'll contribute directly to more effective decision-making and overall growth.

Report Building & Analysis:

• Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in HubSpot for our Sales, Marketing teams.
• Support the analysis of key GTM metrics and performance trends.
• Help visualize complex data to provide clear, actionable insights.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer:

• Develop and update comprehensive documentation
• Ensure all documentation is easily accessible, accurate, and user-friendly for all GTM stakeholders
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster a data-driven culture.

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, Marketing, IT), with availability of around 20 hours per week.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail ensure high data accuracy and well-structured documentation.
• A process-oriented mindset helps structure information in a logical and comprehensible way.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly.
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work independently are essential.
• Initial experience with HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, or other business tools—especially their reporting and data features—is a plus.
