We use our skills in statistics, computer science, and software engineering to make commercial real estate transactions easy. Likewise, we are currently seeking a driven, results-oriented Software Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate is pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and scrappy.

Likewise, we are seeking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Engineer team. This role is pivotal in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and robust data systems that support our products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data architecture, experience with large-scale data processing, and a passion for solving complex data challenges.

Responsibilities & Opportunities:

• Design and implement highly scalable and reliable data pipelines.
• Develop complex ETL processes and data workflows.
• Work closely with data scientists and analysts to gather requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Optimize data retrieval, develop dashboards, and perform data analysis to support company objectives.
• Manage and maintain data infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
• Lead data governance and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Mentor junior data engineers and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing.

About You:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a data engineering role.
• Experience in some ETL tools like Airflow, Prefect, etc.
• Proficiency with SQL and experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and understanding of data warehousing solutions.
• Strong communication skills
