Estamos buscando Psicólogo de selección para Bogotá, profesional en psicología, con al menos 1 año de experiencia manejando procesos de reclutamiento y selección predominantemente en sector

Responsabilidades
- Gestionar por medio de las fuentes de reclutamiento, la publicación, búsqueda, preselección, atracción y citación de candidatos que cumplan el perfil requerido por los clientes asignados (cuando aplique).
- Realizar seguimiento a las citaciones del proceso de selección a carga, garantizando un feedback por parte del cliente.
- Garantizar la verificación documental y actualización de los sistemas de información internos de los candidatos seleccionados previo al proceso de contratación, evitando reprocesos disminuyendo los tiempos para el cierre de los requisitos.
- Realiza otras tareas o proyectos relacionados según se le asigne.

- 1 año de experiencia mínima en puestos similares.
