The position:
We are looking for a dedicated Account Coordinator to join our team in Wrexham.
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday // 05:30-13:30 (will involve working 3 weekend days per month, with 2 days off in the week when working weekends)
Salary: 27,500
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: LL13 9UG
Role of an Account Coordinator:
- Staff check ins, back filling absence and extras
- Helping with daily bookings
- Liaising with site managers on a day to day basis
- Recruitment, inductions and registration
- Complying daily reports for client
- Entering daily hours for payroll
As an Account Coordinator, you will need to have:
- Proven expereince as a Coordinator, Supervisor or Team Leader is desirable
- People management expereince
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Strong communication skills, liaising with workforce & management
- Excellent PC skills, both web based & Excel
