We are looking for a driven, empathetic, and results-oriented Admissions Associate to join us as a Freelance partner (Part Time). In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of our community, selecting the high-potential students we’ll turn into the next generation of developers, analysts, and AI-proficient professionals.

The Admissions Associate will be responsible for:

• Inbound lead management Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and video call.

• Consultative Sales: Counsel applicants to our courses through interviews, ask thoughtful questions, and actively listen to understand their career goals and educational needs.

• Pipeline Management: Manage your Admissions funnel in our CRM (Salesforce) with detailed records and timely follow-ups.

• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed your enrollment targets while maintaining a high level of service.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to iterate on processes, improve conversions, and support projects (i.e. informational events/open houses).

• Product Expertise: Becoming an expert of our courses and the coding bootcamp industry.

• Any additional sales and marketing ideas that you can come up with!
  

#Is this You? 👤

• Fluency in German & English language required for this role

• You have 2 years experience in sales, business development, admissions or similar role.

• You are a goal-driven, KPI enthusiast: You have a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

• You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident and empathetic phone presence.

• You are tech savvy and are comfortable using CRM tools and other software (Salesforce experience is a plus).

• You’re passionate about education and technology.

• You’re able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and enjoy having tons of autonomy.
