Key Learning Outcomes & Responsibilities:

• Master CRM Development: Become an expert in Dynamics 365 (D365), including custom plug-ins, system integrations, and data conversions.
• Solution Implementation: Translate project specifications into clean code using flowcharts and diagrams to implement effective business solutions.
• System Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while proposing improvements to enhance performance and functionality.
• Application Maintenance: Develop, document, and maintain complex applications, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Project Delivery: Execute project plans efficiently to ensure the final product meets industry standards and stakeholder expectations.
