Hi there! ​
At Flipflow, we’re looking for a Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to join our Iberia & LATAM team and help us scale aggressively across Spanish-speaking markets (Spain + Latin America).
This is not a “farmer-only” role.
This is a hunter + closer full-cycle position.
You will work directly with our Global Head of Sales and become part of the core commercial engine that is consolidating Flipflow as the leading Retail Market Intelligence SaaS platform in Spanish-speaking markets.

Your Challenge & Impact

We already have traction and validated product-market fit in Spain and LATAM.
Now we want to accelerate.
As an AE (Spain & LATAM), you will own the entire sales cycle from A to Z:
Outbound prospecting & hunting (you don’t wait for leads — you create them).
Discovery & qualification.
Demo & solution design.
Negotiation.
Closing.
Expansion opportunities (in coordination with CS).
You will:
Manage mid-market and enterprise accounts across Spain and LATAM.
Sell to C-level, Commercial Directors, Marketing Directors and eCommerce leaders.
Build and manage your own pipeline with strong outbound discipline.
Collaborate with SDRs to maximize opportunity creation.
Drive strategic conversations in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Analyze metrics and pipeline performance to optimize conversion.
Contribute actively to refining our Spain & LATAM sales playbook.
Contribute to the go to market strategy with ideas, hacks and playbooks.
This is a true full-cycle hunter role with real ownership and direct revenue impact.

Your Profile

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (AE, BDM, KAM or similar).
Proven track record in closing complex deals with medium/long sales cycles.
Strong experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
Comfortable hunting new accounts and building relationships from zero.
Experience selling to enterprise or upper mid-market.
Native Spanish speaker.
Good level English (internal communication).
Strong consultative selling skills.
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Highly results-driven and comfortable with accountability.
Bonus:
Experience selling into Retail, FMCG, eCommerce or Digital environments.
Experience in LATAM markets.
