At Flipflow, we’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our leadership team and own the full Marketing strategy, execution and positioning of a category-defining B2B SaaS platform.
This is a true C-level role, working hand-in-hand with the CEO and Sales leadership to build a world-class Enterprise GTM engine.
We’re not looking for “just” demand generation.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to build brand, credibility and pipeline at the same time, in complex B2B Enterprise environments.
If you’ve led Marketing in B2B SaaS, understand Enterprise buying cycles, and want to play a key role in international expansion — this role is for you.

Enterprise customers in Spain, Mexico and LATAM
A growing Sales team and a proven commercial motion
Small but very organized Marketing Team (2 ppl)
Now, we’re entering a new phase:
👉 International expansion (Europe, US and beyond)

👉 Building brand authority and category leadership
As CMO, your mission is to build and scale the Marketing function that supports this next stage.
You will be responsible for:
Defining Flipflow’s global positioning and narrative
Building a tight Marketing ↔ Sales Enterprise GTM engine
Making Flipflow a recognized thought leader in Retail Intelligence
Driving pipeline through ABM, events, content and brand
This role has a direct impact on revenue, market perception and long-term company value.

🧠 What will you do?

As CMO, you will own Marketing end-to-end:

🌐 Strategy & Positioning

Define and own global brand positioning, messaging and narrative.
Build a clear category story that differentiates Flipflow in the Retail Intelligence space.
Translate product complexity into clear, compelling value for Enterprise buyers.

🤝 GTM & Sales Alignment

Work in extremely close partnership with Sales leadership (true Enterprise GTM tandem).
Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies aligned with target accounts.
Support Enterprise sales cycles with the right content, assets, events and narratives.
Ensure Marketing is measured not only on leads, but on pipeline quality and impact.

🌍 International Expansion

Lead Marketing strategy for new market entry (Europe, US, Nordics, etc.).
Adapt messaging, content and campaigns to different geographies and ICPs.
Build credibility fast in new markets through brand, events and partnerships.

✍️ Content, Brand & Thought Leadership

Own Flipflow’s content strategy (blog, social, reports, whitepapers, insights, POVs…).
Position Flipflow as a thought leader in Retail, Digital Shelf, Pricing, Market Intelligence and AI.
Drive presence in industry events, conferences and key ecosystems.
Ensure brand consistency and high quality across all touchpoints.

👥 Team Leadership

Lead and grow the Marketing team, you will start working with 2 amazing teammates. Our Inbound Marketing Lead (Alba) and a Graphic/UX Designer (Valentina)
Set clear priorities, processes and expectations.
Build a scalable international Marketing organization as the company grows.

📊 Metrics & Impact

Define and track Marketing KPIs aligned with company goals.
Connect brand, content and ABM efforts to pipeline and revenue impact.
Continuously improve processes, tools and execution.

👤 Your Profile

Proven experience as CMO, Head of Marketing or equivalent in B2B SaaS, ideally Enterprise-focused.
Strong understanding of Enterprise GTM motions and long sales cycles.
Experience building and executing ABM strategies and campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to build brand and pipeline simultaneously.
Track record of working very closely with Sales in a revenue-driven setup.
Experience leading and scaling Marketing teams.
Comfortable owning strategy and execution, from high-level narrative to details.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence at C-level.
Fluent English is required.
Hands-on, pragmatic and comfortable in fast-growing environments.
