At Flipflow, we’re looking for an International Enterprise Account Manager to join our core Customer Success team and own the relationship, growth and long-term success of some of our most strategic customers.
This is not a traditional Customer Success role focused only on support or churn prevention.
You will be responsible for strategic account ownership, driving renewals, expansion, ARR growth and Net Revenue Retention, while acting as a trusted partner for enterprise and high-profile clients.
You will work closely with the CCO, Head of Sales, Product, Data and Engineering teams, playing a key role in how Flipflow scales its enterprise customer base internationally.

🎯 Your Challenge & Impact
We already work with mid-market, enterprise and publicly listed companies across FMCG, Beauty, Fashion and Consumer Electronics.
As an International Enterprise Account Manager, your mission is to own, take care, grow and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring long-term success for both the customer and Flipflow.
You will be a key driver of customer satisfaction but also ARR growth beyond new sales, contributing directly to retention, expansion and Net Revenue Retention.
🧑🏻💻 What will you do?
Own and manage strategic enterprise accounts, building long-term, trust-based relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders.
Lead the full post-sale lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, with clear accountability for outcomes.
Coordinate and execute onboardings and advanced trainings, aligning technical requirements (integrations, data feeds, markets, retailers, etc.) with Data and Engineering teams.
Deeply understand each customer’s business model, objectives and KPIs, translating them into measurable value using Flipflow’s analytics and intelligence suite.
Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities, working closely with Sales to grow ARR and NRR.
Act as the strategic voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product, Data and Engineering to influence roadmap and improvements.
Monitor and own key account and portfolio KPIs, making data-driven decisions and contributing to the evolution of our CS / AM methodology alongside the CEO and Head of Sales.
Manage renewals and contract discussions, ensuring alignment between delivered value, usage and commercial terms.
Channel customer requests, feedback and incidents efficiently using HubSpot (CRM) and Freshdesk (ticketing).
Support Data and Engineering during account setups, ensuring data quality, correct configuration and long-term account health.
👤 Your Profile
Proven experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Customer Success, Account Executive or Strategic Consulting, ideally in B2B SaaS or data-driven environments.
Fluent English (native or bilingual) for day-to-day work.
Second fluent language highly valued: Spanish, French, German, Italian...
Comfortable leading high-level conversations with enterprise and senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and structured mindset, comfortable working with KPIs, data and prioritization.
Solid understanding of CRM tools and the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong results-oriented attitude, resilience and motivation to drive impact.
Curious, proactive and growth-oriented, with a passion for building real client relationships.
🎓 Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data, International Business or similar fields.
